    Hey guys,
    my name is Georgie and I am suffering from the dissabbility of my amazon app store application.
    You see I had to update my viber and ever since I can't open it (viber) so I decided to uninstall it and install it again.All the time I try the amazon app goes blank and my viber is still chill in there saying 'open' altho it doesn't even work.
    I even tried to unistall other apps with the ccleaner,the same happened.
    Blankness-restart-nothing changed
    Can you please help me?

    Thanks for the quick answer,but it still isn't working.
    Want to open it after the download and everything goes black...
    Any other ideas?

    You don't open it, you have to reboot your device. Then wait 10 minutes after until everything settings.

    Yes,I know.I meant the amazon app went black again.But I restarted it about 6 times,now it seems to function.

    It seems to be an issue with a lot of folks. I actually am using a previous version and it seems to be working.
