    Loader.exe stated that my pin.alx file wasn't comaptible, so I ran BB Desktop.

    BB Desktop shows a progress bar when loading my ALX file, but it stops at about 10% and goes away, and it doesn't show my apps in the list.

    Is there a trick to loading my alx file to restore my 3rd party apps?
