I purchased Quicklaunch and Meterberry and when I try and install from crackberry app it stays on the message "Preparing to deliver the download..." Any ideas on how to get aroud this?

Try going through your laptop/desktop and sending the link to your email, open the download link in your email via your BB. just a thought

Or download to pc and use device manager to move them over to BB
