Are you sure you grabbed the correct version for the OS you have? Does this work on the Tour's original OS or only the newer versions?

This function is only included on builds for OS versions 4.7 and later because the API that is required for it to work is only available in 4.7 and later.

My "problem" is I no longer remember the initial OS version for the Tour and whether that allows the BW wallpaper function. It was 4.7x, yes???

Make sure you delete any old versions of berry weather and do a fresh download directly from their website. Go to Bellshare - BerryWeather from your phone. Worked for me.
