what preloaded apps did you get rid of?
i got rid of skype,slacker because i like pandora better, and the ones i dont use i put in a new folder incase i went them one day.
Those are links to the apps and not real apps. Putting them aside is a good way of keeping them out of the way. Hiding the folder is my solution to the problem. Deleting won't work as they are pushed from the carrier and will return.
I hide EVERY app and icon that comes on my phone EXCEPT:
BBM, contacts, SMS, messages, media, tasks because I use QL.
I dump everything else in a folder called Utilities and never look at it again. I create shortcuts for anything else I want on QL and I operate that way from the right convenience button. Always done it that way and just find it force of habit easier for me.
