Hey Guys I have the new Sprint OS 5.0.484. My poynt is not working. Every time I click on the icon it brings up the hand, then the hand disappears, and the dock never shows up.

I have left it on for hours and still nothing.

I looked at the permissions and they all say allow, and I have deleted and reinstalled several times, still nothing.

Is there anything I can do?

FYI the poynt I have is version 1.5.3.14.

So what you're saying is, the Poynt icon appears as if it is loading up the app, and then it just disappears and goes back to your homescreen/downloads folder?

the hand icon just disappears and the background of poynt is the only thing that is left. When I click the Blackberry button nothing happens. when I click the trackball it just says switch application or full menu, but nothing happens when I click full menu.
