Post a list of your APPS.
It took my phone 9 minutes to boot up. I was wondering if there was a such thing of having to many apps., so I decided to post all my apps and get some feed back. Please feel free to share yours...
MY LIST: crunch sms, facebook, addonis, pandora, pocket informant, lookout, drivesafely, text'ndrive, scanlife, battery saver, icaller location, skype, find my phone, bolt, life in pocket, fake call, who is it, cb.com, google maps, tether, berry weather, write Sth, you mail, mr. number, photoclub, photobucket, pictureid, poynt, quick launch, search it, google voice, call control, berryslider, berryjoose, berrybuzz, secure photo, adaffix, ilock, ubertwitter, bible, icalendar icon, bbm, app world...

Well you have 43 apps and its 9 min. I got 34 and its about 4.5min...but I only have 10 apps running at boot up (including the home/phone/etc).
I think your long boot time might depend on the number of apps being loaded on boot up.

No, unfortunately, there is no way to alter boot order to to manually run some apps that insist on running at startup.
Mine takes about 11-13 minutes. I, too, presume it is the apps or a combination of apps or one particular app that causes this slow boot but there would be too many variations on a theme to figure out what is what. - 07-23-2010, 12:47 PM #5

My boot up time is around 4 minutes. I'm running 15 apps. Berryweather, Quicklaunch, Berrypopup, Scoremobile, ESPN, AP Mobile News, Pandora, Facebook, CB Launcher, Poynt, Bolt, Backup Assistant, My Verizon, Call Control, Visual VM.

Boot time: 2 minutes, 30 seconds.

- 07-24-2010, 07:28 PM #19 Many, if not most, of those apps are utility-type apps, so I'm sure they probably do load on boot to be accessible at all times.
