I received a 8830 from another source, the phone has been "wiped", but when I try to download a application from a third party such as Google I get a message that says "IT policy does not allow downloads from third parties".
Is there any fix or reset to go around this. I have the low ringer volume problem and can not download any fixes to see if it solves the problem.
