I just wanted to know if there is a photo editing app that's free... I would like to add funny quotes, graphics, and ect.. If a post like this has been posted already I apologize I'm new here. But if you know where to get the app for OTA download open the link :-)

I found a photo editing app called "Picture Magic" its not free its actually cost $4.99 through BlackBerry App World but if some one finds a better one that's free share the knowledge lol
