Phone bricked: APP ERROR 506

When I put my battery in all I get is a white screen with 'APP ERROR 506' and only the option to reset, which just does the same thing.

Is there anything I can do?

Thank you. With that I was able to restore my last backup.

Apparently the backup only backs up the basic data. All of my apps are gone, which is a serious PITA for a few of them. Is there any way in the future I can backup my BlackBerry in a way that ALL of the data on it is saved, including apps?
