    hello again everyone, i have recently had some problems with my orange blackberry, mainly that the browser was unreliable and some important apps would not work, mainly the BlackBerry App World application.

    Despite going into two different orange shops, and being told to wait, i did some research on the internet and found many people with this problem and no solution. So basically, all the apps should be working, the problem is that your version is outdated. The only way to fix this is by calling Orange support on 150, and pressing 3 for mobile broadband support. Only the support their can access your account and update your settings.

    I hoped this easy explanation helps a few of you out there
