Something strange happened just a little while ago. I had been using Opera Mini on my 8520 Curve and I was scrolling through a drop-down menu when all of the sudden Opera stopped recognizing movements on my trackpad.
I can scroll through pages, but I can no longer interact with drop-down menus.

What makes this even stranger is Opera no longer recognizes my trackpad when I use the application menu either. I can even close the damn thing.
Tried restarting - no luck. I didn't want to try with a battery pull at the moment because I don't want to pop my Otterbox Defender case off at the moment (Nice case, but it makes battery pulls even more of a chore.).

I did a forum search and it looks like there are quite a few people with the trackpad have issues, their's being the trackpad is too sensitive.

Has anyone else had a problem with the trackpad not responding.

There's no need to pull the case off; just press and hold "alt + right shift + delete" simultaneously on your keypad to restart your phone.
