Whenever I type in an address before loading the site I get a message telling me that Opera is attempting to locate a low level network connection. Would you like to allow this? Is this normal?
Yes it is. The way around it is to go into options>security>firewall and enable the firewall. After you grant the permission again, it won't ask anymore.
