    Does anyone know how to change the size of the icons? I have some that take up the entire box and others are too small to distinguish what they are.

    go to website you want in your speed dial, wait for it to load

    tap the wrench icon, start page

    hold speed dial tab until "add" appears

    find website in history and click on it and the speed dial will take up the whole box

    That is correct. Always set it by history.
