I have the Curve 8530. I downloaded the app NetworkAcc for the purpose of speeding up my internet search. Has anyone every used this and if so how well did it work? The file was downloaded as NetworkAcc.jad. How do you open this file? It keeps indicating I need to open it with some jad software, but even when I try it I can't get it to work. Any ideas?

.jad files are meant to be opened directly from your device from the web. Point your native browser at the file on the web and download should ensue.

Some say you can store the file on a media card and get the same result by browsing to the file. I have not tried that approach.

Problem is the .jad is basically a sort of index of all the .cod files. So if you only have the .jad and not the .cod's you can't install it locally. Browser method should work though.
