2.0.5 is working great on my 9700! Can't believe I wasted a dollar on one of App World's flashlights. I do have one question, though. What does the "Turn LCD on" option do? I turned it on and off but never noticed a difference.

Shao - we tried this on two of the 9700's this morning. The flash LED will now come on BUT- only if the view finder mode is selected, AND after the app is started you have to swipe across the track pad. 2-3 seconds after you swipe the pad the view finder and the LED come on. Never the less, it is working and much appreciated.
I installed this on my 9650 (vzn)and it does the same thing. The Camera light flashes on the immediately turns off. If I exit the pgm and restart the app, it seems to work fine.
I really like this version - very nice not to have to have the video camera running (like other apps).
The only suggestion I would make is to have the ability to add it to a shortcut key. I really don't want it to take over a convenience key, so if there was a way to assign it to a letter, it could easily be turned on with just one key press.
Just downloaded SixTools and FlashOn on my new Torch and I gotta say THANKS! 2 great apps, and it sure is handy to press the play/pause button to open the flashlight.
edit: I noticed that once I exit out of the app my indicator LED stays off. I then have to open BeBuzz to get my custom LEDs back.
Edit2: if I set the led to off in flashon it continues to give me my bebuzz led notifications while I'm using the light but as soon as I back out of the app I get no led at all
Hey Shao-
All your stuff has been very good and your customer support is just as good.
I have a 9800 with .534 running and no problems. (Please read following in the voice of the MovieFone guy.) No problems, that is, until now.
I set up the app with LED off and viewfinder on. When activated (using QL), the touchscreen becomes totally unresponsive, necessitating a battery pull.
Hey shao first off great app, love that its free! Secondly I'm a bit perplexed why there isn't an option to make the front screen white. I have a curve 3g so no flash, so a white screen would prob. B the brightest. Any chance off adding that color? Thanx again for all ur hard wrk!!!!
