    when i hold the BB button to see what apps are open, i see the "application center" icon but when i click on it nothing happends...

    ive tried to open the app center on the home screen and then close it from there but nothing...

    this happend after i tried to take a whiteboard picture and my phone froze... and reset

    anyways i can soft reset my phone?

    im new to blackberry so thanks for your help =X

    only way to do a soft reset is with an app called Quickpull. Otherwise you've gotta pull the battery out

    This is because you have app center set to auto update. Change that setting within app center and THEN reboot.

    hmm, alright well i turned off the auto refresh list inside the app center and then i rebooted my phone... icon is still there and still doesnt open anything when i click it...

    i fixed it... just did what you said and took out batter for like 1 minute... thanks guys appreciate the help =D
