My wifes bb will no longer download anything from the bb app world. She just keeps getting an error which states: "AppName is not available for download from the Blackberry App World" i have changed her password, and then i uninstalled and reinstall blackberry app world. What is the issue?

Does she have a BlackBerry data plan (BIS or BES)?

If she is on BES, her employer's IT policy might block App World.
