I downloaded the Nobex Radio Companion app for my Blackberry Pearl 8120 and when I go to use it, I get the error (Code 201) Invalid tunnel name (java.io.IOException). How is that corrected??? Could it be that the app is not compatible with Blackberry Pearl 8120??? Thanks.

Hi guys, Nobex here.

Nobex Radio Companion works on all BlackBerries. Sometimes, it requires settings of the connection to the carrier network. The 201 error you are seeing seems to indicate this. Please either email us at [email protected], or open the Help menu item to see the instructions on how to set the connection.

I have an 8330 and Nobex plays for a minute or so and then cuts out.

Is this a VZW network issue or can I fix it on my phone? Is there an ideal setting to make it work for me?
