If you lost sheets to go you probably hooked up to your pc and ran apploader at some point. It downgrades when you do that. Open word to go and search for updates. It will put it back again

DM told me there was a help update last week so I updated that.
When I open Word To Go and serach for updates it tells me I am currently using the latest available update. (version 1.006) Then tells me a Premium Edition is available.
If you had excel at one point - what RIP32 said is true. It happend to me.

You can also go into DM... uninstall the docs to go... then go back in a reinstall that should set it back to factory default.... I think you will have to re-register however.

WARNING: This could take a while up to 20 or so minutes (maybe even longer)
Set your phone to one of the default themes
Hook up phone to computer
Start the Blackberry Desktop Manager (DM) on your computer
Click on Application Loader
Add/Remove Applications
*The loader will connect to your phone*
When that is completed you will see the “Device application screen”
Scroll down to Documents to go
Uncheck it
Click “Next” in the lower right hand corner
Next screen will be “Applications to be deleted”. ANYTHING ON THIS SCREEN WILL BE DELETED
Click finish
It will remove the docs to go feature
Your phone will re-boot at the end of this operation
You should get a window in the DM that says the operation was completed successfully
Now click on Application Loader again
Add/Remove Applications
*The loader will connect to your phone*
When that is completed you will see the “Device application screen”
Scroll down to Documents to go
Check it
Click “Next” in the lower right hand corner
Next screen will be “you Blackberry device will be updated to include the following applications”
Documents To Go
Click finish
It will add the docs to go feature
You should get a window in the DM that says the operation was completed successfully
If this doesn’t work it means that XLS short cut is hidden on you device somewhere… and IMO only a wipe/restore will work!!
