hi my name is m.S ,
and my phone is blackberry 9790 bold
im living in iran and i have some problem with blackberry appworld !

in iran it's filtered it's mean that i can't use it, i must use proxy to open it,
but i can't also open it because i'am in iran and blackberry is "prohibition"
it's mean i'm not able to download app from it.
i wrote it to the blackberry support but they don't help me.



i just want some application's jar file like whatsapp .
my phone is blackberry 9790 bold ,
can any body help ?

There were some alternative app stores, but I haven't checked to see if they're still in business.

For WhatsApp, visit WhatsApp.com from your device's Browser. Follow the links to download it there.

For future reference, most BBOS apps to download will end with a .jad extension. (There are a couple other less common ones too.)

Most apps for BlackBerry OS are available as a direct download from the developer website... and if you can't get it then Google is your friend

Hello guys. I know what all of you are going through.. basically iran blocks connection to blackberry's server. Thats why bbm doesnt work when your using mobile networks. Also you cant access blackberry world. The only way you can access bbworld is to have a vpn then switch off your mobile network connections. It pains me to have this problem as when im in dubai everything seems great with no issues whatsoever.
