Thanks for the reply. I came across a thread in the tour forum. A guy wanted to listen to the patriots game. He got a reply with the. OTA for the sprint app. I read all of the other post. And saw that most of the users were on verizon. So I down loaded the OTA. It works fine.
IT does have video and audio. Its a nice app. But I am worried about the TOS. I know sprint
has the license for the NFL. But the app works on my verizon tour.

After reading through the thread you mentioned I downloaded the app and it works fine on my Verizon 8330 Curve. Since it is a Sprint exclusive app, I am sure Verizon doesn't want it running on their network.

Well, maybe not - there are no real restrictions as to what apps you can place on your smartphone. If it runs, there shouldn't be a problem.
Do either of you have the link? I will check it out.

Yeah last year sprint updated the app to not allow nonsprint users to use it, I hope it lasts this time. But like others have said, you can have any app you want on your phone, that would not violate the tos agreement. It is no different than accessing a website or some other server like opera minis.
I can't believe the only apps for nfl mobile are a) for sprint and b) for directv customers. That's pretty lame. I downloaded the sprint nfl app on my 8310 and it loaded up fine but wouldn't connect to the network. :-( I wish there were something I could use on AT&T
