Anyone else have this problem? I have a new Verizon Tour I got today and I can't install Blackberry App World because it says it doesn't meet the requirements. Any suggestions?

Go to the "App Center" folder (Menu Screen, Folder with Golden Arrow pointing inwards) and refresh. You should be able to download it from there.

Don't goto the blackberry site. Download the verizon app store. The blackberry app world will be in there. Download it from there.

I had absolutely no problem downloading BlackBerry App World to my Tour on launch day.

BlackBerry App World from the Tour browser did it for me.

I had the same problem for most of the day yesterday but then, after about 10 tries over the course of many hours, it finally worked.

I was able to download app world directly from the Blackberry site with no problems on launch day. I would listen to C4WDex though, seems much easier

I downloaded the Verizon App Store on my Curve, but I don't remember how or where I did it.
