I backed up my apps when I had OS v .419. I received a new tour and upgraded to .484.

When I try to restore my most recent apps...I recieve the message " this appication is not compatible with your device and cannot be loaded "

the .alx file contains my OLD pin #, and I have tried renaming it to my new pin with no luck.


Has anyone experience this before? If so Suggestions/help are greatly appreciated.

Try using device switch wizard?
Easiest is to use BBSAK and load COD files from your backup folder.

Yes,, try loading the cods manually with bbsak rather than the way your doing it with the alx file..
