I have a pearl 8100 running on 4.5 OS and I'm not getting the visual notification icon on my homescreen. I contacted Ubertwitter, and they told me the icon wasn't available for 4.5 OS. That sucks because 4.6 isn't available for pearls! Maybe one of you beta-testers could help us poor souls by telling them we would like to see that!

I don't think it is a software limitation but a limitation of the OS, I don't think that ANY 3rd party app can have a homescreen icon notification on your OS

The new betas are great and the release date will be early enough apparantly for a good New Year present - works like a charm for me and I think you will be happy with it.

I tried downloading this version, but I get a message saying my 8320 needs to have installed the "net_rim_bbappi_messagelist" module. Previous version have not asked for this.

How can I fix this? Thanks for your help!
