When the app world opened yesterday i saw some of the apps and i surely searched at least for awhile.

now today im seeing some apps that i havent seen yesterday.

i know also that someone stated or saw an article said that we launched with at least 500 apps and i just found this article saying that we will have 1000 in the first week?

If so does anyone know, read or hear when new apps will be arriving in the store? i know the app store for apple is every tues.

I know VZW bought Alltel, but when did they buy RIM?? RIM made the App Store, not Verizon.
