I would suggest going to Options, Applications, and then scroll down to the app world name, push the menu button and hit delete. After that, go to Options, Advanced Options, Service books, and scroll down and make sure all the service books are gone. If so, great. If not, hilight them and press menu and delete. Then take the battery out of your phone for at least one minute (Hard Reset). Put the battery back in and redownload and reinstall.
