Hello all...
Help me solve this problem. My bb browser won't download pdf after installing pdf2go.
Always said download failed.

If I uninstalled pdf2go it works!

I have use a few metods like:
- Reinstalling pdf2go
- Change the permission of pdf2go
- security wipe for the user installed application (hoping it would reset and make my bb use the factory setting). I found the security wipe method won't reset my bb into factory setting. Some program like doctogo automatically use the premium account when I reinstalled it.

All the above methods fail. My bb browser can't download pdf file if my pdf2go installed in my bb.

I also found, bolt can download successfully the pdf file (with pdf2go installed in my bb).
Now I'm thingking, there must be problem in my bb browser and this is perhaps caused by pdf2go.

What happened with my bb browser?
Is there any solution to this?

Should I upgrade my onyx firmware.
I use 9700/5.0.0.321
