So the other day I sent an e-mail to Namco asking them to update their games for OS7 (since there games are 5$, putting it on the spendy side for phone games). Here's the reply I got (the next day I might add, kudos to that!).

Thank you for contacting Namco Bandai Games America Inc. Customer Support. We just received the Blackberry Torch 9850 device. We�ll be porting our games to the device soon. Even once the games are tested and submitted, it can still take up to two weeks for certification and going live in App World. We anticipate our games to be available in App World for the Torch 9850 within the next month and a half. This is just a rough estimate because our support team does not have any information regarding the development cycle. We hope you find this information useful.
