MobiTV
Hi folks,
Quick question. Anyone familiar with MobiTV? I know they power sprint TV. Anyways, my real question is, I know my phone isn't a sprint phone but can I download the software and use it in my wifi hotspot? Its included in my plan (simply everything 450).
Thanks in advance.My Phone List

While MOBITV only supports the Verizon Pearl, I have gotten it to work on my Curve. Unfortunately, it is only partial screen. I wish they would get their act together to support more phones, or Slingbox would become available for Blackberries.

I ended up downloading the 8330 version on Handango. I hope it works, otherwise I'm out eight bucks. Unfortunately, Mobitv would never SMS me the message. :/
Edit: I got an error. :/ It says I cannot view this outside of North America. Last I checked, Florida is in North America.

Mobitv works great on my 8330. You can set it to "full screen" mode and it uses the entire display. Call Mobitv they were very helpful getting it set up.

I found MobiTV formatted for the Curve on this site.

They told me the same thing. Works fine on my curve. Once it is up and running push the menu key and it brings up a menu with " guide, help, FULL SCREEN, and exit. Select full screen and it uses the whole display

The thing is, I was running the 8330 software on the 8350i phone. I could never get it to work, unfortunately. :/
