I have been trying for months to download and use my banks mobile app on my BB 900o and it just wont download !!
My bank (Lloyds TSB) tell me its my mobile phone Co. (T.Mobile), T-Mobile said I have full admin rights so its not them ! Now they are blaming Blackberry for their high security !!
I have tried changing my browser and can get as far as getting the text link and when I try to click onto it and download it fails every time.
Anyone got any ideas or had any experience of this ?
are you using the native BB browser to download the program or another browser? I've noticed that some programs I try to d/l via Bolt I get a d/l error message.
Also, does the mobile bank app have any specifications, like it will only work on OS 5.0 or 4.6? what OS version are you running?
have you read through any of this for tips or help?
