After a number of days going back an forth I have finally gotten through to someone at MobiHand that was able to update the OS that the 8350i supports for purchasing applications (this affects all app stores based off MobiHand):

Here the link for fixmo if anyone lost it in the update. If you had the beta or bought it just. Re register your email and you should be able to get free. I skipped first step because I had installed be fore I lost it in the OS update Fixmo - Free Trial
