I got my new 9780 yesterday and wanted to change my PIN to use MeterBerry and BerryWeather. It never got changed. So I wrote to support again and even offered to charge me again. I never got a response. How long is this supposed to take?
I mean I cannot even buy any new apps, since my old PIN is still on there.
