Hello, I was wondering if anyone has a good way to get contacts from an exchange server to my blackberry 8330? I have about 200 exchange contacts so I would like to avoid doing it by hand.

yes if you use blackberry desktop software, or if you are on a BES server it does it automatically.

You have a god contact to the admin of the exchange server?
Than try to get a BPS (Blackberry Professional Server) it's free from RiM with one user licence. And it's possible to add up to 30 users.
It runs fine also with SBS 2003.
Than it runs all ota.

With desktop manager, all you have to do is set up the sync relationships with outllok in order to have your contacts sync with the bb.

You can try AstraSync. It's subscription based though. AstraSync - BlackBerry ActiveSync - Connect a BlackBerry to a ActiveSync Exchange Server
