Has anyone else lost app's they have already paid for. I thought MyWorld was supposed to store all the apps that were uninstalled NOT DELETE THEM. Now when I go to App world and search them IT WANTS ME TO PURCHASE THEM AGAIN? I'm getting quite ticked off and the developers are too slow to reply back. Who do I contact?
It also happens when An App doesn't install(which let me say has happened alot) especially with GAMELOFT! I buy it and then it doesn't install and then it's gone from MYWORLD by the next day. Very frustrating
I had the same problem with a game from Gameloft i purchased through the appworld. I just emailed gameloft support with my receipt and they sent me a direct link. It installed perfectly. You have to hit the "contact support" button at the bottom of the application page in appworld
