Does anyone know of a totally free (not just free trial) medical application for BlackBerry. If I had my way I would get Stedman's but I can't afford it right now. Also, looking for free English dictionary.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at GetJar world of free Java, Symbian, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry, Palm and Flash Lite mobile games and applications
There are quite a few free ones there. You might want to avoid the Sun English Dictionary, it takes forever to load and will eat up a big chunk of your memory.
