Are you referring to the wallpaper revolver? There is a software like that, just search for it (probably it's not on App World, but it might be in the Crackberry App Store).

As for Blackbook, are you referring to the BlackBook city guides or the Black Book dating app? I don't think there is an app for either.

The iPhone used to have an app that would allow you to shake the phone and pull a random number out of your "black book" to call. The revolver was similar to the lightsaber app
