I've noticed only two third-party app issues so far:
GPSed track uploads are not working for me; in fact, attempting to do so locks up my Storm entirely. I've been in contact with Shape Services support and keep getting the same ineffective suggestion over and over again.
Vlingo doesn't work after my phone is reset. I read that they are working on making it compatible with OS 5.0.
