do you still have the 9000? the license number is in the settings/about/help section of the app.

here's what u can do, email their support explaining you have switched devices. it will help if you have your device pin for the 9000. email them that, the email you bought it with and the new device pin for your 9700. i had to do that along with for my berry buzz and they helped out quick!
