    I purchased the app, but I can't figure out how to create the shortcuts...can anyone in crackberry land help?

    Find the "LaunchPad" icon and click on it.

    Once it opens, it is self explanatory.

    "Launcher Name" is what will appear above the icon on your home screen.

    "URL" is well....the url.

    Then click "Create Launcher"

    Done.
