Has anyone seen those commercials for Knowledge Generation Bureau (abbreviated in the commericals as kgb)?
At their website (kgb.com), they have a mobile application for BlackBerry, but I can't seem to get it to work...their text service is pretty cool; you can send any questions you have to kgbkgb (542542), and they have live people that will answer them (for a charge of $.50/text, of course).
Anyways, I thought I'd put the word out there for anyone who hasn't heard, and would ask if anyone has used the BlackBerry app and had success.
When I try to download the app from their mobile website on my berry, I get this error:
HHTP Error 404: Not Found - The page you are trying to load could not be found. Please try loading a different page.
I've downloaded it to my computer as well, and desktop manager doesn't recognize it. I've sent an email to their support staff, and we'll see what happens.
