So this morning I saw the post on the new Zoom themes for Bold from JC Designs and decided to order up one. Went through the order process, got a confirmation from PayPal and then - nothing. No download instructions, link, etc.
I sent an email to JC Designs and was surprised to get a response in less then 3 minutes. Turns out they got some many orders all at once that it screwed up their order entry system. Long story short, within minutes John manually set up an OTA download site for me, I downloaded the theme, installed it, and all is well.
If you've purchased any of their products you know they do top quality work. Their customer service is equally impressive.
