    /If u have ql u don't need qp add the reset device option to ql and make sure u go into options/apps/coreapps and make sure all ur email permissions are set to allow and reset device on ql should work

    As far as Jabplite is concerned, contact the author, Alexander Press, if I remember correctly. He is great to work with. I helped with minor beta testing when issues arose. Haven't used the app since I switched to a storm.

    This does not work for me, I have ql and the reset device options asks if I want to reset my device, and then does nothing...

    No I do not get the reboot now reboot later screen. QL reset device just asks if I want to reset and once I click yes, the clock spins and it disappears.

    thats odd i was getting that to until i changed the email permissions to allow
