Is there a way to install apps to my SD Card on my BB Tour 9630? That way I can have more free memory on my bb.

The only similar approach is archiving apps with an app like Aerize. Apps must be in device memory to run.

The simple answer is no. Apps can't be put on the sd card.

As far as I know apps can not be put on the SD card. They can save backups and simple things like that to it, but your SD card is made for media (pictures, videos, songs etc..).

None of the current OS version support apps on SD. There are rumors of enhanced 6.1 possibly allowing it, but that is just a rumor. Plus, if it does happen, the Tour won't get any variety of 6.0. You'll have to upgrade to a 6.1 compatible device later in the year.
