I've installed about 10 apps from App World. Generally speaking, as they install, they appear in the My World section on my Storm 9530. I just went to look at the list again, and the list is EMPTY!
I've got the same problem now that I upgraded to .419. Nothing is there and the activation code for WB Elite is gone with it.
Well I'm glad I'm not the only one, but it happened to me well before I moved to 5.0 (I was still on 4.7.0.151 at the time I logged this thread). But sometimes there were a few listed. Now that I'm running 5.0.0.419 as well, I just checked My World and it says "No Downloads"!!!!!
this happened to me with Quicklaunch... it was a fiasco that never got resolved. I ended up purchasing QL again, and I will never use appworld anymore.
This happens to me usually when I upgrade my OS. The best way to fix it, for paid apps, just log in to paypal from myworld and it will reconcile all the apps you paid for. For the free ones, you have to find each one on appworld, select it to install and when it asks to replace the app select no and presto! They will appear in my world again. It's quite a pain, but hopefully RIM finds a way to fix this soon!
