I find that IM+ support to be lacking. It took several days to respond to my initial support request, and then they replied with a request for the error message, which was included in my original error report.
I supplied it again, and got the short note that it is with the developers. It's been over a week, and still no reply, or contact to assist with debugging.
Sorry, but IM+ is a non starter for me.
I purchased JiveTalk instead, and it is a solid application. I highly recommend them.
