So very new to all of this. I have a BB Curve 8330 and so does my husband. I have been able to download iheart to his and it's working. Mine is another story. I download it and in the applications it shows that I have it on my phone but no icon on desktop to access it. I have tried several times to get it to load with icon to no success. BB App World doesn't help either because it looks like I already have it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Thanks so much!!

Did you check in your Downloads folder?

Try a battery pull. If that doesn't work, delete the program and re-install. If THAT doesn't work ... come back and hopefully either I or someone else will have come up with a solution.
