Viper makes a product called Smart Start that contains an iPhone app. It's very expensive as, in addition to the app, you have to have a module installed in your car for it to work. To my knowledge there isn't a comparable app for Blackberry but it's probably only a matter of time.

yea when i thought about the idea for the car one i googled looking for a blackberry app and that did come up.
