ok, I started a new thread yesterday, I have had some email activity through twistsoft.com who I am having problems with one of thier applications I purchased (MileageManager). I am still awaiting response from their last email.
However, I downloaded a Mobylo! SureWipe, but I didnt know that it would not erase an application unless it was a Mobylo application. I have tried their customer service email and have had no response.
How do I just return this Mobylo! SureWipe forsure (I have to purchase more if I want it to delete everything!). I think I might return my MileageManager if I have to reinstall it and loose all the information I already put in it! But how!

I also had a hard time finding my thread, if anyone wishes to help me please call me as well as email....
