Am I missing something? My wife has all 3 (Yahoo, AIM, and MSN in one) just says powered by Oz on hers and as far as we know it was in there when she bought it. I have no IM apps and can not download via MSN since it tells me I should already have it. Any ideas? Is it hidden somehow? I am completely confused. I can access MSN messenger through a browser but obviously that isn't what I want to do. Getting very frustrated, Help!!!
Resend your service books or try downloading them from m.blackberry.com. BeeJive is a good alternative especially if you use multiple I'm programs, but costs money
